Electric Melamine Preheating Machine Before Hydraulic Press Molding

This electric melamine preheating machine is a dedicated auxiliary unit positioned before the hydraulic molding press in a melamine tableware production line. It uniformly heats weighed melamine molding compound (A3 and A5 melamine powder). After preheating, the powder forms a compact cake with stable temperature and good fluidity, while internal moisture is effectively removed from the raw material.

The machine eliminates common molding defects such as bubbles, cracks, flow marks, and incomplete filling. It shortens the hot-pressing cycle of the hydraulic press, raises finished product yield, and stabilizes product gloss and density. It integrates seamlessly with an automatic weighing machine, melamine hydraulic press, mold, and automatic grinding machine to form a complete melamine production line.

After the melamine powder is accurately weighed by the automatic weighing machine, it is placed into the preheating mold of this machine. The electric heating system heats the material evenly from the inside out within a short time. Moisture inside the powder is discharged, and the powder agglomerates into a solid cake with good fluidity.

Once preheating is complete, the powder cake is removed and quickly placed into the mold cavity of the hydraulic press for hot compression molding. The stable preheated state greatly improves the flow performance of the melamine material under high pressure.
