Automatic Quantitative Weighing Machine

This automatic quantitative weighing machine is specially developed for melamine tableware manufacturing factories. It performs automatic metering, weighing and discharging of melamine molding powder, urea formaldehyde powder and other thermosetting powder raw materials.

Equipped with a high-precision load cell sensor and a PLC touch screen control system, the machine automatically completes feeding, weighing, quantitative blanking and resetting according to preset weight parameters. It replaces traditional manual weighing operations, effectively reducing weighing errors, melamine powder waste and unstable product quality caused by human factors.

The unit can run independently or be connected with a melamine hydraulic press, preheating machine and automatic grinding machine to form a complete automatic melamine tableware production line. It is suitable for continuous mass production of melamine plates, bowls, spoons, trays and children's melamine tableware.

• High Weighing Accuracy Adopts a high-sensitivity load cell sensor with two-stage feeding control. Slow feeding at the later stage of weighing ensures a stable weighing result. Weighing error is controlled within a tiny range, ensuring consistent powder weight for each mold and avoiding defects such as bubbles, insufficient filling, burrs and deformation caused by uneven feeding amounts.
• Intelligent PLC Touch Screen Control Human-machine touch interface with simple, intuitive operation. Multiple product formulas can be stored, allowing quick recall of the corresponding weight parameters when switching between different melamine products. Supports automatic calibration, self-diagnosis and fault alarm functions. Parameters including target weight, feeding speed and blanking delay can be adjusted freely on the screen.
• Dust-Proof & Dust Collection Structure Sealed feeding hopper and blanking channel design with a reserved dust collection interface. Effectively reduces powder flying, improves the workshop working environment and reduces raw material loss. The hopper and weighing chamber are easy to clean when changing between different grades of melamine powder.
• Stable & Durable Frame The main frame is made of thick carbon steel with surface spray treatment for anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance. The weighing part is isolated from vibration sources to prevent the vibration of the hydraulic press from interfering with weighing precision during long-time continuous production.

• Safe Protection Function Built-in overload protection, blockage detection and emergency stop button. When powder blocking or overload occurs, the machine stops automatically and sends an alarm prompt to protect the sensor and mechanical structure.
• Good Compatibility Suitable for A1, A3 and A5 melamine molding compound powder, urea powder and other similar flowable powder materials. Easy docking with melamine press machines, automatic feeding mechanisms and conveying equipment.

Set the target weighing weight on the touch screen in advance. The machine starts feeding material from the storage hopper to the weighing bin. When approaching the set weight, it switches to slow fine feeding. Once the target value is reached, feeding stops automatically.

After receiving the discharge signal, the weighing door opens to drop the quantitative melamine powder into the mold or material cup, then resets and starts the next weighing cycle. All weighing data can be recorded for production traceability.
