Put melamine molding powder into the mold cavity and close the mold. The hydraulic cylinder provides stable high pressure while the heating plate heats the mold. Under fixed temperature and pressure for a certain holding time, the melamine powder melts, flows and cross-links for curing molding. After curing is finished, the machine opens the mold and workers take out the semi-finished melamine ware, which then proceeds to the next process such as trimming, grinding, flower paper transfer and polishing.
