This Automatic Melamine Moulding Press Machine is hydraulic hot compression equipment specially built for mass melamine dinnerware production. Equipped with PLC touchscreen automatic control system, it can set pressure, temperature and holding time automatically during the molding cycle. Compatible with A3, A5, UMC melamine moulding powder, the machine works with single or multi-cavity melamine molds to produce melamine plates, bowls, trays and custom imitation ceramic tableware. It can operate standalone or connect with automatic weighing machine, preheating machine and edge grinding machine to build a complete automatic melamine tableware production line.

Each automatic melamine moulding press will go through frame stress relief, hydraulic debugging and continuous running test before shipment. Our QC team inspect pressure stability, heating uniformity, safety functions and automatic cycle performance strictly. After inspection, the machine is coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped by waterproof shockproof film and packed in export wooden case. We supply English operation manual, circuit diagram and basic spare parts together.
